How to distinguish the quality of ton bags?

1. Base fabric material

When designing a ton bag, you must first know the weight of the loaded goods, determine the volume of the ton bag according to the specific gravity of the packaged goods, and also see whether the loaded material is a sharp solid block material. If this is the case, then when designing the ton bag, the bottom fabric should be thicker, otherwise it can be thinner. In practice, 500kg tonnage bags generally use (150-170) G/m2 base fabric, the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength of the base fabric is (1470-1700) N/5cm, and the elongation is 20-35%. It weighs more than 1000 kilograms. The base fabric is generally (170~210) G/m2, the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength of the base fabric is (1700 ~ 2000) n/5 cm, and the elongation is 20~35%.

2. Structural design

When designing the tonnage bag structure, the strength of the conventional belt in the national standard should be more than 2 times that of the base cloth, but the design effect is not good in actual use, because the strength of the base cloth and the belt are different, the base cloth will crack first. , The belt and base fabric should use base fabric with opposite strength to prevent this problem.

3. Sewing process

In addition to the sewing requirements of ton bags according to the national standard rules, you also need to consider the anti-aging effect of the suture and the effect of the suture on the tensile strength of the base fabric. When packaging powdery, toxic and decontamination items, you must first solve sealing problem. Therefore, in the actual design, the tonnage bag is sewn with thick thread and fine needles or non-woven fabric and base fabric to improve the sealing performance. In addition, when sewing the tonnage bag, it is required to use polyester thread with a strength greater than 18kg for sewing to ensure that The sewing strength reaches the national standard.

4. Monofilament strength

In order to ensure the strength of the ton bag base fabric, it is necessary to improve the tensile strength of the flat wire. The strength of the flat wire should be above 0.4N/tex, and the elongation should be 15-30%. In the actual production process, it is necessary to strictly control the amount of filler masterbatch, which is generally around 2%. If the color masterbatch is added too much or recycled materials are added, the strength of the base fabric will decrease. Therefore, the quality of raw materials needs to be strictly controlled. The bag selects the raw materials consumed by the on-orbit manufacturers whose melt index reaches the national standard.
